The activity of the research and production firm NPO "ELOTERM" embraces the development, manufacture and delivery on turnkey principle of new and modernization of acting electroheat equipment of metallurgical and machine-building plants.
The NPO personnel is a team of skilled specialists, mainly VNIIETO veterans, with participation of which over 130 electric furnaces were developed and put into operation.

The most important goal of NPO "ELOTERM" is satisfying customer's demands on the base of the high efficiency of developments, high quality of manufacture and realizing deliveries in time stipulated by the contract terms.
The payback period of the most NPO developments does not exceed 1-1,5 years.
The considerable attention is paid constantly by NPO staff, 90% employees of which have higher education and 30% scientific degrees, to improvement of equipment and technological processes, testified by over 200 author invention certificates and patents.
The manufacture of the equipment, developed by NPO "ELOTERM" is usually carried out by the large specialized plants and also by the customer's plants themselves if their production facilities are suitable.
Side by side with the development, delivery and modernization of electric furnaces NPO "ELOTERM" render a technical help to plants in improvement of operation parameters of acting electroheat equipment by means of definition of rational regimes of its work and mastering new technological processes under concrete production conditions.
